• Vintage Cream: piece-by-piece premium vintage. No stains, no wear, top-level brands.
• Vintage A: vintage with no visible defects. Brand and style mix from 80s–2000s.
• Vintage B: vintage with acceptable light wear. Ideal for vintage markets and flea markets.
• Cream: modern first selection, no defects, high recognized-brand proportion.
• Grade A: modern no defects, ready to resell in shop.
• Grade B: modern with light signs of wear. Good quality/price for flea markets.
• Grade C: modern with moderate wear. For textile recycling or very price-aggressive markets.

The minimum order is 25 kg (one small sack). For new clients we recommend starting with 100–200 kg sample before ordering larger volume. For full container, the minimum is approximately 8,000 kg.

The usual process for new clients is: 1) contact and quote; 2) sample order (50–200 kg); 3) quality validation; 4) larger order (pallet or bale); 5) long-term relationship with full container.

Yes, we ship to 15+ European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, UK, Czech Republic, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and more. For unlisted destinations, write us.

Typical road lead times from Alcoy: 2–4 days to France, 3–5 days to Germany and Netherlands, 4–6 days to Italy, 5–7 days to Poland and Czech Republic, 7–10 days to Romania, Greece and Baltic countries. For sea container from Valencia: 5–10 days depending on destination port.

Indicative 2026 prices (FOB Alcoy, without transport):

• Vintage Cream: €2.80–4.50/kg
• Vintage A: €1.80–2.80/kg
• Vintage B: €1.10–1.80/kg
• Cream: €0.90–1.40/kg
• Grade A: €0.70–1.10/kg
• Grade B: €0.40–0.70/kg
• Grade C: €0.20–0.40/kg

We offer three guarantees:

1. Initial sample order of 50–200 kg to validate quality before the big order. The client pays only the bale cost plus shipping.
2. In-person inspection or guided video call of our Alcoy warehouse. If you can travel, we show everything. If not, we do a video call showing the bale in real time.
3. Detailed loading manifest with weight, grade and composition of each bale, sent before final payment.

If after receiving a bale you detect it does not match the contracted grade, contact us within 7 days with photos. We verify and, if applicable, offer refund or replacement.

Four standard formats:

• Small sacks (25–50 kg): ideal for testing and mid-size orders.
• Pressed bales (100–500 kg): the standard format for medium and large volume.
• Mixed pallets (500–1,000 kg): several small bales or sacks of different grades. Ideal for shops wanting variety.
• Full container (20' or 40', 8,000–10,000 kg): the most economical per-kilo format, for large distributors.

For new clients we recommend starting with pallet or bale and progressing to container when the sales flow is consolidated.

For intra-EU: European invoice, packing list, CMR (road) or bill of lading (sea) and valid VAT number in your country.

For UK post-Brexit: add EORI-GB and TCA origin declaration. UK VAT (20%) applies on import.

For non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway): additional customs declaration, no tariff thanks to bilateral agreements with the EU.

Standard: 50% on order confirmation and 50% before container departure from warehouse. Payment by SEPA bank transfer.

For recurring clients with payment history, credit conditions (payment at 30/60/90 days from invoice) can be negotiated after commercial validation.

For first orders, some clients prefer 100% payment against document delivery (before container physical departure). This gives the buyer peace of mind, paying only when they have confirmation the merchandise is ready and documented.

For sea container from Valencia: 5–10 days depending on destination port.

For urgent shipments express transport (48–72h) can be offered but the cost is significantly higher.

Yes, you are welcome to visit us. Seeing the grading process in person is the best guarantee. Book an appointment by email (contacto@ropaexport.com) or through the contact form, and we organize the visit.

If you cannot travel, we also offer guided video call through the warehouse, showing the bale and answering questions in real time.

Alcoy is 60 km from Alicante-Elche airport and 110 km from Valencia airport. There is train and bus service from both cities.

Yes, we keep volume in stock year-round. If you need a container this week, you have it. No month-long waits. Our monthly capacity is over 300 tonnes processed, allowing us to serve orders quickly even at demand peaks.

For clients with specific needs (specific mix, particular brands, special formats), we recommend planning 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure optimal availability.

Yes, we work with both established and new clients. The usual process for new clients:
