2. Purpose of processing

The personal data you provide through the contact form or email is processed to respond to your enquiries, send you quotes and, where appropriate, formalise the commercial relationship.

3. Lawful basis

The legal basis is your explicit consent when submitting the form, as well as the eventual execution of a contract or pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.a and b of the GDPR).

4. Data retention

We will retain your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and subsequently for the legally required retention periods (accounting, tax, generally 6 years).

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except under legal obligation. Hosting and email providers access data under a data processing agreement signed in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Data subject rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing contacto@ropaexport.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. International transfers

International transfers are made only within the EU or to countries with an adequate level of protection, or under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption on all communications, firewall, fail2ban, access control and security audits.
